Aruva Velu

Aruva Velu is a 1996 Tamil drama film directed by P. S. Bharathi Kannan. The film features Nassar and Urvashi in lead roles. The film, produced by K. V. Gunasekaran, had musical score by Adithyan and was released onJanuary 1996 to negative reviews.

Muthurasa helped the villagers by giving them some lands. Alavanthar, angry, managed to kill some villagers but Muthurasa informed the police. Alavanthar was arrested, he was immediately released and killed Muthurasa. To take revenge, Velu killed one of Alavanthars son and he was arrested. Velu managed to escape from jail and killed the other son of Alavanthar. Alavanthar killed a police officer and managed to blame Velu. Velu was sent in jail and Maruthayi committed suicide.The film score and the soundtrack were composed by film composer Adithyan. The soundtrack, released in 1999, featurestracks with lyrics written by Panchu Arunachalam, Vairamuthu and Madurakaasi. ........
